Tracy Knight is a fifth-year PhD candidate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of California, San Francisco and will graduate this fall. Her research focuses on the role of inner nuclear membrane proteins in human skeletal muscle differentiation and maintenance. In parallel with her scientific training, she serves as a UCSF Catalyst Intern leading business development and commercialization activities. Passionate about translating scientific innovation into real-world impact, she is building expertise at the intersection of biotech research, strategy, and venture development.
